Board members are elected for a staggered 3 year term and are elected at the annual members meeting held at 6pm on the 3rd Thursday in June. Candidate, elected or appointed board members must be a member of the corporation. Officers are elected by the board members during the July board meeting. If a board vacancy occurs, the board appoints a member to fill the position until the next annual meeting. There are no term limits.
